To: Distinguished Parents of  Students of  PP-X

Dear PTA Members, Parents and Honourable  Grandparents,

May I have the honour to  invite you  for  the School’s Annual Sports Day which is scheduled on 28th April,2013. The venue is school ground, time is 8:30am-12:30pm. Each one of you is the Guest of Honour and we are really looking forward to your kind presence! Please do book this time for us! Though the weather forecast for the coming week is not too promising, my children have decided to take the risk with a prayer to rain Gods, to go ahead with the schedule  since they feel the month of May have to be kept for study, considering the  preponement of the Summer Break due to the upcoming elections, which ultimately takes the exams to an earlier start. The modified  mid term exam schedule will be posted soon.

The Annual Sports Day is a major event when all Drukiaans come together to participate and live to the motto of Excellence in Body, Mind and Speech in true spirit of participation and cooperation. Each child will participate in the sportive events and the whole group approach will be considered to build up allegiance towards their House now, which we hope will carry over to their strong allegiance to the King, People and the Country in the future.

I am also happy to inform you that a Food Court will be available to ensure you get to feed your children if a need arises.

We would appreciate if you could come well prepared with sun caps and umbrellas since the programme would be outdoors. Please take note that the parking space is a problem, therefore it would be highly appreciated if parents could use pool cars and walk if the distance is short. Thank you for your support and see you on 28th April .

With highest respect,

Tshewang Choden Wangdi

Principal
