Chogsel Sonam Rabgay opened his piggy bank account a year ago when he was 9, saving little that he thought would be fruitful in future but this young child of class 4 was too sorrowful when he witnessed hardship amongst  people outside his town. He was moved to see post on his mother's facebook account about people who could not afford proper clothing. He decided to send his saving to those needy ones. In appreciation of his noble act he was awarded a certificate by Sonamgang MSS, Phuntsholing Thromde, Chhukha.
