Our culture has been maintained from time immemorial and handed down from one generation to another. It’s the culture that defines our strong identity, ancestral values that build communities and add meaning to our life.

Druk school believes in the wholesome education of the children and cultural activities is an integeral part of its curriculum. As Thimphu Celebrated its Annual Tshechu, an Inter-School Thromde Boedra competition was one of its highlights. Drukians coordinated by Lopen Passang, Lopen Sonam Tshering and Lopen Choki Nima joined the competition.

34 schools took part in the competition, Druk School did perform exceedingly well though they could not be the winners, they did receive certificates of participation and appreciation which were awarded to them during the morning assembly yesterday.
