Students of classes VII-X had an interesting session with Dr. K.S Shaiju, yoga teacher from the Nehru-Wangchuck centre. Dr. Shaiju highlighted the healthy food habits, different exercise routines and the benefits of yoga. Druk School believes Yoga, the most scientific exercise, is the answer for the young Bhutanese to chanelize their extra energy and to realize a Healthy Body and Healthy Mind towards being Healthy Citizens |
